Non-convertible debentures worth Rs 200 will raise funds for DS Kulkarni Developers Ltd.
DS Kulkarni Developers Limited is planning to raise Rs 200 crore by non-convertible debentures which also includes a green project worth Rs 100 crore. The company told the same to media in a statement.
The issuing of these non-convertible debentures will start on August 4, 2014. 3 to 7 years are the tenures for the same, which have been finalized by the company.
The major lead coordinator for the issuing of these debentures is SBI Capital Markets.
DS Kulkarni Developers Limited promises to build houses and not home, as the company knows the importance of emotions associated with the same.
It is a Pune based real estate developer that has crafted 13 residential projects in Pune and 2 in Mumbai. The developer is currently engaged in building various projects across Bengaluru, Nashik and USA along with Pune and Mumbai.
